I guess we'll remember this month for a while as the month where everytime you turn on the telly, some more bad news is thrown at us. My advice? Leave the telly off. Turn on some great music instead. The world will keep on turning.  We all need to look at how we are wasting energy worrying, instead of looking towards the future with a renewed sense of optimism. I know what you're thinking; she gone really mad this time! But really, worrying doesn't resolve anything and just adds to the overwhelming negativity that's surrounding us today.
